A Hyderabad court granted bail on Monday to the six individuals accused of vandalizing the residence of Pushpa 2 actor Allu Arjun in the upscale Jubilee Hills area. The accused were presented before the court this morning, as reported by the news agency, citing Advocate Ramdas.

The incident occurred when a group of individuals holding placards stormed into Allu Arjun's residence and damaged property. According to the DCP of the West Zone, one person climbed into the compound and began throwing tomatoes. When the security staff intervened and asked them to climb down, an altercation ensued. The group then descended, assaulted the security staff, and damaged flower pots placed along the ramp.

The police arrested six members of the group, who were later taken into custody. At the time of the attack, Allu Arjun was not at home. However, shortly after the incident, Arjun, along with his children Allu Arha and Allu Ayaan, was seen leaving the residence.

The group identified themselves as members of the Osmania University Joint Action Committee (OU-JAC) and demanded ₹1 crore as compensation for the family of Revathi, a 35-year-old woman who died in a stampede at Hyderabad's Sandhya Theatre on December 4. Her 9-year-old son, Sri Tej, is still in critical condition and undergoing treatment.

Film producer and Allu Arjun's father, Allu Aravind, addressed the incident, stating: "Everyone has seen what happened at our house today. But it’s time to act accordingly. I don’t see this as the right time to react to anything. The police have arrested the vandals and filed a case against them. Police personnel are deployed near my house to prevent anyone from causing further disturbances. Such incidents should not be encouraged. It’s time to practice restraint. The law will take its course."

At the time of the vandalism, Allu Arjun was attending the premiere of his blockbuster film Pushpa 2: The Rule. Earlier this month, on December 13, Arjun was briefly arrested in connection with the stampede incident and granted bail by the Telangana High Court. The controversy surrounding him has sparked serious allegations from Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and the Hyderabad police.
